Your new company Our client is a well-known local law firm in Thailand with a presence across SEA. They currently have a solid Chinese client base and are seeking a Mandarin-speaking Associate-Senior Associate to be based in Bangkok.

Job Description

Your New Role

Provide guidance on all aspects of investing in Thailand, including initial company set up, entry strategy and structuring, securing investors/funding (IPOs), tax planning, M&A, Foreign ownership restrictions, licenses and BOI approvals, ongoing general counsel
Maintain a good rapport with clients through effective and consistent communication and proper explanations to clients.
Conduct legal research on new laws and regulations and prepare legal alerts to be distributed to clients.
Contribute to the firm values and culture through participation in CSR, pro-bono and social activities.
Handle all other tasks assigned by the partner in charge.

Job Requirements

What You Need to Succeed

LL.B above from Chinese law school, prefer with PRC Bar

Solid exposure on M&A or General Corporate legal counseling, JV setup. Compliance and et.

Fluent in English and Mandarin, willing to relocate to Bangkok
