Job Description
• Plan and execute annual sales strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
• Analyze sales trends and generate reports for strategic insights.
• Develop and implement commercial roadmaps for growth.
• Manage accounts, negotiate contracts, and identify profitability opportunities.
• Evaluate sales performance and optimize strategies.
• Grow customer base and expand into new market segments.
• Apply pricing policies and ensure accurate forecasts.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships across departments (management, purchasing, R&D).
• Create and implement plans to achieve sales goals.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance customer service and business growth.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Chemical or other related technical
• LiB Industry background is required, with relevant experience in the Li-ion battery industry or at leading companies (i.e., CATL)
• Be willing to take on a sales role
• Business acumen and technical appetite
• Strong interpersonal and communication (including negotiation) skills; value-added solution selling
• Highly motivated and resourceful self-motivator
• Ability to use common IT tools (Google software)
• Salesforce and ERP skills would be an advantage
• Use of English (technical and commercial)
