Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner with a strong focus on organizational design and development to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in managing and leading organizational design and development projects across a variety of team types, business units, and industries. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align organizational structures with business goals, drive change, and foster continuous improvement and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Business & People-Centric HR Solutions: As a HRBP role to gain deep understanding of business needs. Develop and implement HR solutions that are both business-oriented and people-centric, providing comprehensive support for business growth and employee development.
Organizational Design & Strategy: Lead the design and implementation of organizational structures that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and agility. Work closely with senior leadership to align organizational design with strategic business objectives.
Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during organizational changes. Manage stakeholder expectations and address resistance to ensure successful adoption.
Project Management: Lead and manage organizational design and development projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and support for organizational design initiatives.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to inform organizational design decisions and measure the impact of initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Communication: Develop and execute communication strategies that effectively convey the vision, goals, and progress of organizational design projects to all levels of the organization.
Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in organizational design and development. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on organizational design and development, including significant experience leading and managing projects in this area.
Demonstrated expertise in organizational design principles and methodologies.
Proven track record of successful change management and project management.
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influence skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
