职位描述
- Conducting Legal review on the Legal documents, such as contract, agreement, letter, Memo and company documents; 对部门提交的法律文件，如合同、协议、备忘录、公司文件等进行日常法律审核;
- Providing legal advice in corporate and commercial matters, including in the areas of contracts, corporate structuring, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, litigation support, employment, data protection and privacy, licensing, advertising, social media and e-commerce. 为公司及业务运营提供法律意见，包括合同、公司架构、知识产权、合规、诉讼、劳动关系、数据保护、许可、广告、媒体及电商等方面。
- Formulating Compliance Guideline to ensure employees understand and follow against violation of FCPA, Anti-Monopoly Law and Anti-Bribray regulations. 制定合规指南，确保员工理解并遵守，不违反FCPA、反垄断、反腐败等法律法规。
- Making Training Plan based on business demands and change with development of laws and legal circumstance; 依据业务需求及变化，并随着法律法规的更新，制定法律培训计划;
职位要求
- 法学本科及以上学位，通过司法考试
- 6-8年工作经验，in-house工作经验是必须选项
- 有消费品行业工作经验，熟悉经销商模式和电子商务的法务支持
- 可以使用流利的中英文
