A global leader in consumer products is seeking a Patent Counsel to join its Beijing Office. This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of R&D and IP strategy, driving protection of innovations across Asia.
职位描述
Oversee and manage the patent portfolio for multiple business units.
Conduct freedom-to-operate analyses for new products and processes.
Draft and prosecute patent applications and manage invalidation proceedings.
Partner with global R&D and external counsel to implement holistic IP strategies.
Develop and deliver training on IP topics to business and technical teams.
Monitor regulatory developments and advise internal stakeholders.
职位要求
MS or PhD in life sciences, chemistry, engineering or related disciplines.
Solid knowledge of Chinese and international patent regulations.
Strong business acumen and collaborative mindset.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
JD/LL.M. degree or Chinese Patent Attorney qualification highly desirable.
