Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and coach the Production OT team.
2. Maintain and optimize OT systems (servers, networks, MES...).
3. Troubleshoot and resolve OT incidents promptly.
4. Coordinate IT/OT operations to minimize production disruptions.
5. Support deployment of new OT systems and digitalization tools.
6. Ensure compliance with OT standards and security policies.
7. Collaborate with global OT teams on integration and best practices.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Automation, or related field.
2. 3+ years’ experience in OT/Production IT; leadership preferred.
3. Knowledge of MES, industrial networks, servers, and cybersecurity.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
5. Fluent English; proficiency in OT/IT tools and platforms.
