This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile transactions, with a strong focus on Capital Markets involving US and Hong Kong listings. You will collaborate with top-tier clients and gain exposure to complex cross-border deals in an international environment.
We are seeking a talented Associate to join the Corporate team of a global law firm. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile transactions, with a strong focus on Capital Markets involving US and Hong Kong listings. You will collaborate with top-tier clients and gain exposure to complex cross-border deals in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on corporate transactions, including capital markets offerings, IPOs, and secondary listings
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents for equity and debt offerings
- Support cross-border deals and ensure compliance with US and HK regulatory requirements
- Work closely with partners and clients to deliver exceptional legal solutions
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Law degree with PRC qualification; UK/US/HK Bar is a plus
- 2–4 years of experience in Capital Markets transactions, ideally with exposure to US and HK listings
- Strong understanding of securities regulations and corporate law
- Excellent English communication and drafting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
