We are seeking a talented Associate to join the Corporate team of a global law firm. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile transactions, with a strong focus on Capital Markets involving US and Hong Kong listings. You will collaborate with top-tier clients and gain exposure to complex cross-border deals in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on corporate transactions, including capital markets offerings, IPOs, and secondary listings
Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents for equity and debt offerings
Support cross-border deals and ensure compliance with US and HK regulatory requirements
Work closely with partners and clients to deliver exceptional legal solutions

Job Requirements

Requirements

Law degree with PRC qualification; UK/US/HK Bar is a plus
2–4 years of experience in Capital Markets transactions, ideally with exposure to US and HK listings
Strong understanding of securities regulations and corporate law
Excellent English communication and drafting skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
