Job Description
The candidate must act as an account owner for the client and the project.
Each project involves a series of service and goods contracts, such as Original Develpment Agreements, Manufacturing Agreements, Implementation Agreements, Licence Agreements and so on. He/she should have a knack for managing multiple contracts from key account at the same time while keeping the whole picture in sight. He/she should be independent and assume responsibility for all the contracts flow in the given project.
He/she should be proactive and don’t wait on being told what to do, he/she must be see in advance what needs to be done at the next step to move the project forward.
Candidate should be ambitious and willing to go extra mile to achieve the result.
Candidate should be creative and think all of all the possible ways to solve the problem or obstacle.
He/she must be prepared to be tough with a client or supplier when it is necessary and push both parties to get the desired result.
Main Responsibilities:
○ Negotiate and draft foregin sales contracts, ensuring terms align with company policies.
○ Monitor contract performance and compliance, managing any deviations or disputes that may arise.
○ Communicate with clients and colleagues outside China in English and negotiate contracts with them
○ Communicate with local suppliers in Chinese and negotiate the contract terms with them
○ Communicate with colleagues from Logistics, Finance, Sourcing, Admin and IT departments to get the required information for contract execution
○ Facilitate Financial Analytics and Internal Audit processes
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
2.A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with at least 2 years in managing foreign sales contracts.
3. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. **Mandatory skills**
4.Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of an organization.
6.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and judgement in handling sensitive information.
