Job Description
* Stakeholders Relationship: Be the point of contact and public face for key opinion leaders, scientific associations, patient associations, among others
* External Project Execution: Lead the comprehensive implementation of all external partnership projects (including sponsorships, PCP, etc.). Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met and deliverables are completed on schedule and support the development of local projects related to Patient Advocacy, Policy research, NRDL access execution, Medical engagement, among others.
* Project Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics to assess project effectiveness (e.g., disease awareness, penetration). Collect, analyze, and report on execution feedback, providing actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
* Support for Senior Country Manager: Execute tasks assigned by the Senior Country Manager, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to evolving business needs. Provide regular reports on project progress, budget status, and relevant impact metrics, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
* Business Advancement: Assist the Senior Country Manager in the formulation and execution of business objectives in China. Contribute to strategic planning, market analysis, and the development of initiatives that drive business growth.
* Develop Effective Working Relationships: Build and maintain partnerships with opinion leaders and key stakeholders to identify business opportunities, needs, or challenges.
* Interface with Cross-Functional Teams: Liaise with cross-functional teams to align internal stakeholders on tactical plans, ensuring external projects are in sync with China strategies for achondroplasia Collaborate on project objectives, messaging, and deliverables.
* Compliance and Risk Management: Work with the Compliance team to ensure all external partnership projects adhere to pharmaceutical regulations, company policies, and ethical standards. Identify and manage potential compliance risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies are in place.
* Additional Responsibilities: Act as Project Manager to ensure the effective implementation of tactical plans related to achondroplasia in China, with support from cross-functional teams, vendors, and business partners.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences or Economics.
- MBA is desired
- Fluent in oral and written English.
