Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of China to lead our operations in China. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of our fresh produce business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agribusiness, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead and manage all country-level operations
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, growers, commercial partners, distributors
- Manage country P&L, budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
- Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Lead and develop a high-performing local team
