Job Description
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will play a critical role in aligning our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and needs. This individual will partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's goals, enhance organizational performance, and foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on HR matters, including talent management, organizational development, performance management, employee relations, and succession planning.
• Drive and support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and effective implementation of organizational changes.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
• Lead and manage employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
• Develop and deliver training programs that support employee development and organizational goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues and concerns.
• Lead and participate in special HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a HRBP or similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated experience in managing change and leading organizational development initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
