- Independently review and suggest amendments for various legal documents.
- Engage in discussions with business units to offer legal perspective and advice on contractual terms.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance by reviewing and updating existing contract templates.
- Develop, maintain, and update legal documents and internal policies to reflect corporate and business requirements.
