Job Description
a visionary Fashion Marketing Creative Manager to lead the intersection of creativity and strategy for the brand.
You will oversee the ideation, design, and execution of campaigns that blend artistry with commercial impact.
This role requires a trendsetter who can translate fashion aesthetics into compelling narratives across digital, social, and experiential channels while driving brand relevance and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Creative Vision & Strategy:
- Develop innovative creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and seasonal collections that align with brand identity and business goals.
- Lead the visual direction of the brand, including photography, videography, typography, and color palettes.
- Stay ahead of fashion, design, and pop culture trends to ensure campaigns feel fresh and culturally resonant.
2. Campaign Development:
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, photographers, and agencies to produce high-impact creative assets, especially for digital & social.
- Oversee end-to-end creative production, from mood boards and storyboards to final deliverables.
- Infuse storytelling into every touchpoint, ensuring consistency across digital (social media, ecommerce channels) and physical (retail, packaging, events) channels.
3. Content Creation & Curation:
- Direct photoshoots and video shoots, livestreaming, social content shooting, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and marketing objectives.
- Curate user-generated content (UGC) and influencer collaborations to amplify authenticity.
- Experiment with emerging formats, eg creative short video format, live-streaming, etc…
4. Brand Identity Management:
- Guard the brand’s visual and tonal identity, ensuring all creative outputs reflect core values (e.g., luxury, sustainability, inclusivity).
- Update brand guidelines as needed and educate internal/external teams on their application.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with online marketing, product, and sales teams to align creative outputs with promotional calendars and sales targets.
- Support the needs from social & PR to adapt creative assets for platform-specific optimization.
6. Budget & Resource Management:
- Manage budgets for creative projects, negotiating with vendors and freelancers.
- Leverage tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva to streamline workflows.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Marketing, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in creative roles (art direction, content creation) within fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing fashion-forward campaigns, branding projects, and multimedia content.
- Familiarity with AI-driven creative tools (e.g., MidJourney, Runway ML) for concept ideation.
Skills:
