Job Description
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution:
● Design and execute omnichannel campaigns (digital/physical) to drive customer acquisition and retention, including product launches, pop-ups, and regional partnerships.
● Lead digital asset creation and manage social platforms (e.g., Weibo, WeChat) to deliver culturally resonant content and community growth.
Omnichannel Experience & Retail Activation:
● Bridge online-offline customer journeys (China-focused) and collaborate with sales teams to elevate in-store brand presence.
● Develop high-impact local activations, such as influencer collaborations, VIP events, and premium partnerships (e.g., luxury retail spaces, elite clubs).
Data-Driven Optimization:
● Analyze market trends, CRM/social data, and campaign ROI to refine strategies and report actionable insights to leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
● Partner with global/regional teams to adapt global strategies for APAC, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
● Act as the marketing liaison for retail staff, providing brand training and operational support.
Job Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2. Industry Expertise: 8+ years of experience in luxury retail/lifestyle marketing, with a proven track record in driving premium brand growth in APAC.
3. 360° Marketing Skills: Hands-on experience designing and executing omnichannel strategies(digital + in-store), including campaign management, social media, influencer partnerships, and CRM.
4. Market Fluency: Deep understanding of China’s digital ecosystem (WeChat, Weibo, Little RedBook) and luxury consumer behaviors; fluency in English and Mandarin.
5. Collaborative Leadership: Strong ability to align global/regional stakeholders, manage agencies, and deliver data-driven results under tight deadlines.
