Job Description
1. Business Development & Strategic Planning
Support the China GM in identifying, evaluating, and negotiating new growth opportunities.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to advance business development goals.
Advise senior leadership on market entry, expansion, and growth strategies.
2. Localization Initiatives
Develop and execute localization strategies to tailor products and services to the Chinese market.
Research and assess potential business opportunities through industry networking.
Build financial models and tools aligned with China’s standards.
Monitor policy developments (e.g., VBP) and support roadmap execution in coordination with global, APAC, and local teams.
3. NPI Commercialization
Serve as the key liaison between local, APAC, and global teams during pre-commercialization phases.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Prepare business cases with market insights, financial projections, and launch strategies.
Align global product strategies with local market dynamics.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering or related field; MBA preferred
2. Minimum of 8 years' experience in medical device industry
3. Proven track record in localization projects and NPI commercialization
4. Fluent in both writing and oral English
5. Willingness to travel up to 20%
