Operation Director

1) Strategic & Vision Execution

Responsible for establishing and executing mid- to long-term strategies to achieve the vision of the global execution hub.

2) Independent Management & Performance Accountability

Establish an independent management system for the China subsidiary and achieve more than 50% of the company’s total revenue.

3) Functional Leadership Across Core Divisions

4) Qualifications

Experience
- Over 15 years of experience in B2B manufacturing, electronics, EMS, or ODM industries in China.
- Proven leadership in sales, supply chain, quality, and operations in China.
- Experience managing a China-based subsidiary or P/L responsibility.
- Sales Head experience preferred.

- Execution leadership: ability to connect strategy to execution.
- Strong business communication skills based on understanding of local markets and culture.
- Proven experience in supplier sourcing, evaluation, pricing, quality, and delivery negotiations.
- Organizational design, recruitment, performance management, and executive-level client negotiation skills.
Technical Knowledge
- Understanding of technologies required to establish an independent R&D environment.
- Knowledge of the NPI (Development–Sample–Mass Production) value chain.
- Experience in optimizing manufacturing cost, quality, and delivery structure.
