Senior Supply Chain Director

Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and execute global/regional supply chain strategies aligned with business growth and profitability goals. Drive transformation initiatives in digitalization, sustainability, and operational excellence. Monitor industry trends and proactively adjust strategies to maintain competitiveness. End-to-End Supply Chain Management Oversee demand planning, procurement, production scheduling, logistics, and inventory management. Ensure supply chain processes support customer satisfaction, cost optimization, and service excellence. Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to align demand and supply across functions. Supplier & Partner Management Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and logistics partners. Negotiate global contracts and ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery standards. Drive supplier development and risk management programs. Operational Excellence Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies across the supply chain. Optimize warehouse and distribution networks for efficiency and scalability. Ensure compliance with trade regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies. Leadership & Team Development Lead and mentor senior supply chain managers and cross-regional teams. Define KPIs and monitor organizational performance. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation. Reporting & Analysis Provide supply chain performance reports, dashboards, and strategic insights to executive leadership. Support decision-making with data-driven analysis and scenario planning.   Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred. 12+ years of supply chain experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Strong knowledge of global supply chain operations, procurement, logistics, and manufacturing. Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Kinaxis, etc.). Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in English; Mandarin or other languages is a plus for global operations.
