1. Pre-IPO preparation (0-12 months)
- Develop go-to-market strategies based on disease research, competitor analysis, and patient journey insights
- Led the construction of the KOL matrix, and completed the expert cooperation map and communication plan of 30+ key hospitals
- Design medical-market-sales synergy
- Manage third-party vendors (consulting firms, advertising agencies, etc.)
2. Landing after listing (12-36 months)
- Execute branding initiatives to monitor key metrics such as physician activity, conversion rates, and more
- Plan academic conferences (20 ≥ total) and manage speaker content compliance
- Achieve 80% target doctor coverage through digital marketing (corporate WeChat/doctor platform).
- Conduct monthly market competition dynamic analysis and put forward strategic adjustment suggestions
