Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies and programs.
- Manage COOC platform and organize management members to design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other training sessions.
- Assess individual and organizational development needs.
- Collaborate with managers and employees to identify training needs and solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
- Manage budgets and relationships with external vendors and consultants.
- Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and corporate policies.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Learning & Development Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
- Excellent project management and budgeting skills.
- Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Stationed at Vietnam, Hai Duong
- Ability to travel to our factories in China, Vietnam, and Indonesia as needed.
