Responsibilities:  Ownership and update of technical documentation and BOM (bill of material).  Product Reliability: Host the cross functional Reliability Governance Board (RGB) meetings and lead technical discussions. Accountable for technical handling of Corrective Action Reports (CAR) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR). If applicable, join the Operative Emergency Team as technical representative.  Support Operations and Supply Chain with troubleshooting in internal and external manufacturing facilities.  Change Management: Participate in Change Review Board and act as technical representative for the product. Handle cross functional Engineering Change Orders (ECO) for changes of the product specification (evaluation, planning, coordination, sign-off and implementation).  Reporting, management and communication of technical risks and status.  Technical responsibility and troubleshooting of End of Line (EOL) testing and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).  Training of employees on BW-NG system operation, testing, interaction and troubleshooting.  People Management (when applicable): responsible for employee development, training and aiding towards improved job satisfaction through adequate task prioritization and regular discussions.  Some travelling will be required.
