职位描述

Develop and optimize recommendation algorithms, including collaborative filtering, content‑based models, graph‑based methods, and deep learning approaches. Build large‑scale machine learning pipelines for data processing, model training, evaluation, and deployment. Conduct offline experiments and online A/B testing to validate model performance and guide product decisions. Analyze user behavior data to identify patterns, improve model features, and enhance recommendation quality. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business goals into algorithmic solutions. Monitor system performance and continuously iterate to improve accuracy, diversity, and robustness. Stay up‑to‑date with the latest research in machine learning, recommendation systems, and large‑scale data processing.

职位要求

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field. Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala. Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, especially recommendation algorithms. Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit‑learn. Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Flink). Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
