Key Responsibilities • Partner with business teams, digital product teams, global data teams, and external vendors to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and deliver data modules. • Ingest and process data from multiple sources into the data platform, ensuring daily data quality and stability. • Build dashboards, visualizations, and automated datasets to support business decision making. • Conduct in depth analysis of business and customer data to generate actionable insights. Experience and Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience working with data platforms, with the ability to design technical solutions for business needs. • Strong SQL and Python skills for ETL development; familiarity with data warehousing concepts and AI related tools. • Hands on experience building and maintaining data pipelines. • Ability to develop on cloud based data platforms such as Azure, Snowflake, or similar big data environments. • Strong analytical capability with experience working on business driven data analysis. • Experience in the retail industry is a strong plus. Skills and Attitudes • Proactive, detail oriented, and able to translate technical concepts into business friendly language. • Strong analytical mindset with high sensitivity to data accuracy and consistency. • Fluent in English.
