职位描述
Design and develop scalable machine learning platforms, including data pipelines, feature stores, training pipelines, and model serving systems.
Build and maintain MLOps tooling to support automated training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring of ML models.
Collaborate with data scientists to optimize model training workflows, experiment tracking, and reproducibility.
Implement CI/CD pipelines for ML models and data workflows.
Develop internal tools and SDKs to improve developer productivity and platform usability.
Ensure platform reliability, security, and performance through continuous improvement and best practices.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across distributed ML systems.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in ML infrastructure, cloud technologies, and MLOps frameworks.
职位要求
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or Java.
Solid understanding of machine learning workflows and lifecycle management.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Hands‑on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Argo, or similar.
Strong knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and scalable architecture.
Experience building data or ML pipelines using tools like Spark, Flink, or Beam.
