• Building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned top key accounts in China to ensure long-term business growth.
• Initially assigned accounts include Tmall, Greenery, Xianfeng, JD.COM. Assigned accounts may vary to meet business needs.
• Annual JBP negotiation with customers.
• Sales target breakdown and achievement for each account.
• Activities planning and execution together with distributor.
• Trade spending allocation & management.
• Pricing structure control.
• Forecast & inventory management together with regional sales manager and distributor.
• Assist with other sales projects as required.

Work proactively and collaboratively with all areas of the business to achieve desired business outcomes.
Ensure timely preparation of information, reporting and other written documents/materials as required.
Establish effective relationships internally and externally and collaborate to achieve RTS and Rockit Group’s objectives.
Ensure confidentiality of company and employee information.

Demonstrate commitment to health and safety and compliance with company policies.
Maintain a high standard of performance and commitment to internal and external customer service.
Undertake other duties appropriate to the position as required.
