Academic background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, NLP, or related fields 5+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 4+ years with a master’s degree, including 1–3 years of hands‑on NLP project experience Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with at least one deep learning framework (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) Solid understanding of core NLP concepts such as embeddings, sequence modeling, and language models; experience with architectures like Transformer, BERT, GPT; knowledgeable in model training and evaluation Ability to design technical solutions based on client needs, including algorithm design, optimization, and iterative performance improvement Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand client requirements and present analytical findings clearly Strong team player capable of working effectively with cross‑functional teams Fast learner with strong curiosity, self‑motivation, and enthusiasm for solving complex challenges
