This is a senior leadership role, leading a team of 100+ HRBP professionals, and focusing exclusively on international needs (covering 10+APAC countries outside of China). Key responsibilities include: - Driving HRBP profession for international integrations - Leading HRBP supporting business improvement - Acting as the primary contact for APAC HRBP matters, including talent development and performance review across 10+ countries I am looking for a top-tier leader with proven experience in HRBP for multinational operations, including extensive involvement in global projects, strong exposure to integration environments, and expertise in talent review and efficiency improvement.
