【Role Overview】
This role is responsible for driving the APAC regional marketing strategy for our industrial product portfolio, covering both strategic B2B marketing and full-spectrum MarCom execution. As a key member of the APAC leadership team, the Marketing Manager will localize global strategies, strengthen brand presence, support sales growth, and ensure consistent communication across all markets in the region.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in industrial B2B marketing, understands German corporate culture, and is capable of managing multi-country stakeholders while delivering measurable business impact.
【Key Responsibilities】
1. APAC Regional Marketing Strategy(区域市场战略)
Develop and execute the APAC marketing strategy aligned with global guidelines and regional business priorities.
Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer insights to support strategic decision-making.
Identify growth opportunities in key APAC markets and propose targeted marketing initiatives.
2. B2B Product Marketing(工业品产品营销)
Lead product positioning, value proposition development, and technical content localization for APAC.
Support new product launches, including go‑to‑market planning, messaging, and sales enablement.
Collaborate with R&D and global product teams to ensure market needs are reflected in product roadmaps.
3. MarCom & Branding(市场传播与品牌管理)
Own all APAC MarCom activities: digital marketing, content creation, PR, events, exhibitions, and campaigns.
Ensure brand consistency across all channels following German HQ brand guidelines.
Manage regional website content, social media presence, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
Coordinate with agencies for creative development, media planning, and campaign execution.
4. Sales Enablement(销售赋能)
Develop sales tools: brochures, presentations, case studies, technical whitepapers, and training materials.
Support distributors and channel partners with localized marketing kits and co‑marketing programs.
Track campaign ROI and provide actionable insights to sales teams.
5. Cross‑Regional & Cross‑Functional Collaboration(跨区域协作)
Act as the APAC liaison between HQ (Germany) and local country teams.
Align with global marketing on brand strategy, messaging, and product communication.
Work closely with sales, engineering, service, and supply chain teams to ensure integrated execution.
6. Budget & Project Management(预算与项目管理)
Manage APAC marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation across markets.
Lead regional marketing projects end‑to‑end, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery.
Track KPIs and prepare monthly/quarterly marketing performance reports.
职位要求
【Requirements】
Professional Background(专业背景)
Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
6–10 years of B2B marketing experience in industrial, HVAC, automation, machinery, electronics, or similar sectors.
Experience working in a German or European manufacturing company is highly preferred.
Proven track record in APAC regional marketing roles.
Skills & Competencies(技能要求)
Strong understanding of B2B marketing, product marketing, and MarCom.
Ability to translate technical features into customer‑centric value propositions.
Solid experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
Excellent project management and cross‑functional communication skills.
Fluent English; German is a plus.
Ability to work in a matrix organization and manage multiple stakeholders across countries.
