Industries Focus: Data Center, cooling and power distribution applications Targeted Customers: Vertiv / Delta / Schneider / Kehua科华 / KSTAR科士达 / Slutz / Rittal / Airedale / Envicool 英维克 … Responsibilities: 1. Develop data center business in Asia including China, East Asia and South East Asia regions 2. Define overall business development strategies, resources plan and attack action plan, also need to lay-out the detailed action plan for each big customer 3. Execute the market attack plan and deliver result 4. Work with global team for global customers Experience: 1. Intensive working experience from data center business in Asia region (at lease China and SEA region), understand the business landscape in each major counties, major customers and competitors 2. Ideally working experience of dealing with Vertiv / Delta / etc.. targeted customers for more than 3 years 3. Experience and proved record of building and leading a team to develop and penetrate into new business 4. Working with back-end of engineering and operation functions 5. Excellent English communication capability including oral and writing. Experience of working with global team and multiple functions 6. Working under pressure
