Promote strategy for own customers
负责制定分管客户销售战略
• Develop and share knowledge of the competition linked to own client (strategy, products and services, organization, development projects, product offer and policy for pricing)
了解并汇报分管客户竞争形势(竞争对手战略发展规划,产品,服务,组织机构,开发项目,价格水平及价格策略)
• Assess and update new business opportunities and sales forecast (including volumes,prices and productivity and price revision) for the budget and the strategy plan
负责制定分管客户的年度销售预算和5年规划(现生产项目产品的价格,产量和年度降价,潜在新项目的价格和产量等)
• Participate in quotation preparation, present them to the business committee in order to get approval and/or delegations
负责准备报价文件,向公司管理层汇报报价策略并得到批准或授权
• Is responsible for new business negotiations (including payment terms- tooling, hours and product price)
负责新项目商务洽谈工作(包括模具工装,设计开发费用,产品单价及付款方式)
• Lead the design and implementation of spare parts business model for own customers

• Manage customer results and profitability
