Manage large-scale employee benefits programs, including health insurance and other benefits offerings for both office and frontline employees
Oversee a complex benefits portfolio across multiple employee populations, brands, and regions, ensuring strong governance and long-term sustainability
Manage relationships with insurance providers and benefits vendors, including policy renewals, vendor performance evaluation, negotiation, and service quality oversight
Handle complex employee benefits cases and claims, working closely with insurance partners and internal stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization of benefits programs, ensuring the sustainability of the overall benefits portfolio
Support the design and implementation of rewards and incentive programs across different business functions and brands
Participate in compensation and rewards–related projects within the Total Rewards team
Partner with HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and communication of benefits and rewards programs
Collaborate with Employee Relations and other HR teams to support employee wellbeing, health management, and wellness initiatives
Utilize data and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and support decision-making
Qualifications(增强版)
Bachelor’s degree or above
6–10 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, HR consulting, or related fields
Experience managing benefits programs for large frontline employee populations is highly preferred
Experience working with insurance providers or benefits vendors; benefits consulting background is a plus
Experience managing complex benefits portfolios or integrating multiple benefit plans
Exposure to compensation or incentive program design is preferred
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and enhance benefits programs
Strong data analysis capability, with proficiency in Excel or analytical tools
Positive, proactive mindset with strong learning agility and willingness to develop broader Total Rewards expertise
Ability to work effectively across multiple brands and business units in a fast‑paced environment
