Responsibilities:
1.Lead end-to-end operations of compensation, benefits, and long-termincentives (LTl/ESOP) for Greater China, ensuring accuracy andcompliance
2.Manage a professionalteam, overseeing annual salary review, bonuspayout, benefits programs, and emplovee share ownership plan (ESOP)
3.Drive process optimization and system enhancement (HRlS/SAPSuccessFactors/Workday)as the core C&B leader within SSC
4.Partner with Global and Zone teams on global project localization, providing feasibility and risk insights
5.Ensure full compliance with global and local policies; act as escalationpoint for complex C&B issues
职位要求
Requirement:
1.Bachelor's degree or above, 8+ years of C&B experience, including 3+years in team leadership
2.Hands-on experience in compensation (salary review, bonus), benefits(insurance, pension, etc.),and long-term incentives (LTI/ESOP)
3.Proficiency in HRlS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday, withsystem configuration or process optimization experience
4.Fluent English as a working language for direct communication with global/zone stakeholders
