Financial Strategy and Planning: Develops and implements financial strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Fundraising Strategy: Develop strategic industry partnerships and investment, diversify and derisk the investment set up. Build a financial roadmap towards breakeven, M&A or IPO Financial Operations: Oversees accounting, finance, and treasury functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Risk Management: Identifies and mitigates financial risks, ensuring appropriate insurance coverage and financial controls. Financial Reporting: Prepares and analyzes financial statements, providing insights to the CEO and board of directors. Investor Relations: Manages relationships with investors and stakeholders. Leadership and Team Management: Leads and motivates the finance and accounting teams and oversees financial IT systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory entities Strategic Input: Provides financial expertise and guidance to the executive team on various business decisions

职位要求

Experience & Education: Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in accounting, business accounting, or finance. Professional certification (ex: Certified Public Accountant) Five or more years of experience in executive leadership roles, preferably within a start-up and/or automotive environment. Experience in Software and data as a product International finance experience across USA, Europe and Asia. Experience in mergers, acquisitions, fundraising and investor relations Working knowledge of how to raise capital in and outside of traditional lines of credit Executive experience with SaaS and automotive hardware business models and their associated revenue recognition Skills: Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely Excellent skills in financial forecasting, planning and budget improvement Strong understanding of accounting principles, regulatory issues and tax planning across the USA, Europe and Asia. Good problem-solving skills with the ability to strategize and devise solutions that align with the business objectives Impeccable analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers Honesty and integrity
