职位描述
Day-to-day management of Finance and Accounting functions of 7 locations in PRC including Banking, Reporting and remittance to principal.
Assist China Managing Director in day-to-day management of the Company.
Periodic review of General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable data and initiate sufficient internal control review process.
Monthly reporting of financial performance to Agency management/Group Finance.
Prepare monthly, Year-end closing and ensure smooth statutory audit of Agency as per Local standards and IFRS.
Ensure Monthly/quarterly tax filing, Local file preparation and other requirements on time.
Ensure corporate compliance and regulatory standards at each of the departments/sections/offices of the Company in coordination with Branch Managers.
Other Ad hoc requirements from China Managing Director and Line finance office.
职位要求
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Accounting/Audit with at least 5 years in a Managerial Accounting role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Shipping industry knowledge and working experience is mandatory.
Accounting system implementation experience is a plus.
