A global Asset Management firm is looking for a seasoned China head of Institutional Sales. Working location is quite flexible (e.g. BJ, SH or Shenzhen).

Job Responsibilities
1. Institutional Client Development & Relationship Management
Lead the development, maintenance, and ongoing service of institutional clients across China, including banks, insurers, securities firms, and other professional investors.
Conduct client meetings, deliver investment advisory support, and provide high‑quality post‑sales service to enhance client satisfaction and long‑term engagement.
Deepen understanding of client asset allocation needs and deliver tailored investment solutions.
2. Client Insights & Product Promotion
Organize and execute client service activities, including seminars, training sessions, and product presentations, to strengthen brand visibility and product awareness.
Gather and analyze client investment preferences and market intelligence to support product positioning and sales strategy.
3. CRM & Data Management
Maintain and update the CRM system in accordance with internal standards, ensuring client information, potential leads, and communication records are accurate, complete, and timely.
Utilize data insights to support business planning and client segmentation.
4. Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement annual sales plans aligned with company objectives for the China market.
Monitor progress against targets and ensure timely achievement of business goals.
Collaborate with internal teams (investment, product, marketing, operations, compliance) to support sales execution.
5. Team Leadership
Lead and manage the China institutional sales team, including goal setting, coaching, performance evaluation, and talent development.
Foster a high‑performance culture with strong collaboration and accountability.
