China IT Lead

Key Responsibilities 1. IT Business Partnership & Communication • Act as the primary IT contact for the China leadership team, ensuring alignment between IT and business strategy • Coordinate between Global/Regional IT and local business teams to drive IT initiatives and standards • Manage the China IT budget and ensure cost control 2. IT Project & Business Continuity Management • Lead IT demand management, project planning, and execution for China • Develop and maintain IT business continuity plans • Support the rollout of global/regional IT projects and ensure local readiness 3. IT Service Management • Work with Regional IT Operations to ensure stable, secure, and reliable IT infrastructure, applications, and services • Handle local IT escalations, coordinate issue diagnosis and resolution • Collaborate with Global IT and vendors to ensure SLA compliance 4. Vendor & Contract Management • Own and manage contracts for China-specific IT services and vendors • Monitor SLA performance, manage incidents and problems, and drive continuous improvement • Provide timely and accurate KPI reporting 5. Security & Compliance • Ensure timely resolution of security incidents and remediation of vulnerabilities • Enforce global IT policies, standards, and best practices locally Requirements Education • Bachelor’s degree or above in IT, Information Systems, or related fields • ITIL, PMP or similar certifications preferred Experience • 10+ years of IT management experience • Experience in multinational or international environments • Strong understanding of ITSM • Vendor and contract management (SLA/KPI) • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels • Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset • Solid IT financial and project management capabilities • Fluent in both Chinese and English
