Develop and maintain commercial activity of corporate clients (SOE, top POE) • Develop and maintain client relationship • Develop client intimacy and content driven dialogue • Originate and execute transactions from flow to structured finance to strategic transaction • Prepare transaction rationale paper for presentation to the business committee (profitability calculation…) • Visit/Call client and prepare marketing material, meeting minutes, and follow up action plan Monitor credit • Perform credit due diligence • Participate to the credit memo presentation to the credit committee • Participate to credit committee
