Job Description the Training Specialist will report directly to the Training Manager. The Training Specialist will deliver technology training and facilitate surgeon-led training for Physicians and OR care teams from a variety of surgical specialties. The Training Specialist will be involved in the development, continuous improvement, and support of Customer Training educational programs and will work with the training manager to support Regional Training Center operations and deliver results. Roles & Responsibilities: • Conduct training programs for surgical teams at regional training centers. Lead and support Specialized training programs and academic society events. This includes supporting the needs of the surgeon educators and course participants • Work with the Training team in a creative, dependable, and flexible manner to improve existing training programs • Lead simulation sessions with customers as they prepare for training or to refresh skills before cases, as needed. Support hospital educators in the field by delivering technical training materials and assessing educators’ robotic skills Support System troubleshooting and maintenance at the training center • Support administrative tasks and projects for the Customer Training team • Coordinate with the marketing team, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure training support is properly allocated to meet the needs of the business.
