Corporate Communications & Patient Engagement Head

The role is accountable for shaping and executing the overall communications and external engagement strategy in China, ensuring strong alignment with global direction and local business priorities. The role represents the organization in senior‑level external forums and multi‑stakeholder platforms, overseeing all aspects of external communications, including media relations, executive visibility, thought leadership, and issues management. It also leads integrated campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels. Serving as a strategic advisor to the leadership team, the position provides guidance on reputation, stakeholder engagement, and external relations. It builds long‑term, high‑impact partnerships with relevant organizations and associations, while driving initiatives that strengthen awareness, engagement, and sustainable growth. Additionally, the position manages and develops the communications team, while overseeing agency partnerships and budget planning to ensure effective execution and organizational impact.
