Digital Health Tech product manager

Own end-to-end digital health product design and proposition development, aligning and leading cross-functional teams include external experts, vendors, Science, Marketing, Legal & Compliance, UX, and other cross-functional (locally and globally) stakeholders to deliver executable solutions. Lead user/patient insight generation, user research, and requirement analysis to identify key pain points and opportunity areas and translate them into product requirements and feature definitions. Driving complex digital health project management in a systematic and discipline way of working includes stakeholder engagement, planning, resource coordination, risk management, and execution to ensure timely delivery and business impact. Identify innovation opportunities by leveraging market dynamics, competitor insights, and technology trends such as AI, wearables, and digital therapeutics, and support product strategy and roadmap development. Enable product development through data and AI, while partnering on privacy, compliance, risk management, and clinical-study-related requirements to ensure sustainable product rollout.

At least 5 years’ experience in managing digital health service / innovation projects High-tech and AI enthusiastic, fast learning and execution. Strong user/patient-centric mindset, with the ability to independently design and lead user research and convert insights into product opportunities. Solid end-to-end digital health product design capability, with the ability to independently drive product definition, feature design, and experience optimization in complex environments. Strong scientific literacy, with the ability to translate medical, nutrition, and health evidence into user-friendly product value. Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration capability, with the ability to coordinate resources, manage risks, and assess ROI and business impact. Experienced in clinical or academic study or technical validation. Good fluency and sense in data analytics. Fluent English (speaking and writing)
