- Lead the development of annual and long-term strategic plans in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and industry trend analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Identify growth opportunities, operational efficiencies, and potential risks.
- Facilitate strategic planning workshops and cross-functional alignment sessions.
- Develop business cases and financial models to support strategic initiatives.
- Monitor execution of strategic initiatives and provide regular performance updates to stakeholders.
- Support M&A evaluations, partnerships, and investment opportunities.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
职位要求
- Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate planning, or related roles in Healthcare areas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a global mindset.
