Responsiblities:
Component requirements & validation approach: Support the definition of component requirements across environmental, mechanical, electrical, and integration contexts. Contribute to establishing practical validation approaches to ensure components are suitable for real-world use.
Component qualification & testing: Assist in the evaluation and qualification of components through structured testing. Coordinate validation activities and carry out hands-on testing where needed to help de-risk key decisions.
Cross-function & partner collaboration: Work closely with hardware design & engineering, compliance, and external partners to validate components in real-world conditions. Help ensure alignment between requirements, testing, and manufacturing constraints.
Component knowledge & documentation: Document validation outcomes, behaviours, and limitations. Contribute to building and maintaining a reusable set of validated components that the team can confidently design with.
Field feedback & continuous improvement: Capture and interpret testing results and in-field learnings. Use these insights to improve validation approaches and support better component selection over time.
职位要求
Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related discipline
3-5+ years of experience in product development, hardware design, engineering, or testing-related roles
Experience working with physical products across prototyping, testing, or production stages
Familiarity with based testing approaches (mechanical, environmental, or system-level)
Exposure to working with suppliers or manufacturing partners is beneficial
Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments is a plus
