FI Sr. RM

Manage and develop relationships with policy banks, state‑owned banks, joint‑stock commercial banks and their subsidiaries, as well as leading securities firms, insurance companies, asset managers, sovereign funds, and other non‑bank financial institutions. Strengthen cooperation with the broader Key FI Account ecosystem, identify onshore and offshore business opportunities, and collaborate with group companies to enhance cross‑selling and integrated financial solutions. Comply with all internal policies and procedures of the bank, including preparing credit proposals, conducting due diligence, and obtaining necessary credit approvals. Familiar with a broad range of onshore and cross‑border banking products, including syndicated loans, trade finance, clearing and settlement, cash management, foreign exchange, derivatives, structured deposits, debt capital markets (DCM), external debt management (EDM), and M&A advisory and financing solutions.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in finance, economics, or related fields preferred. 2. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the financial industry; holding securities or fund practitioner qualifications is a plus. 3. Strong command of business English. 4. Solid experience in financial institutions coverage, client marketing, and product related work; strong understanding of China’s financial industry landscape and regulatory framework; excellent communication and presentation skills. 5. Strong sense of teamwork, responsibility, and cross department coordination capability. 6. Candidates with experience covering large corporate clients or top tier non bank financial institutions may also be considered, especially those familiar with cross border and international banking business.
