Finance, Accounting and Taxation Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance, Accounting and Taxation Manager to join us. The FAT Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, including maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and supporting month-end and year-end financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be proficient with accounting software and tools.   Key Responsibilities: 1.Financial Management: a.Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processingof invoices and payments. b.Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy andresolve discrepancies. c.Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets,income statements, and cash flow statements. d.Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes. 2.Accounting, Reporting and Taxation a.Maintain and update the general ledger with accurate financial entries. b.Maintain proper documentation for financial transactions, ensuringcompliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. c.Prepare and file tax returns and other regulatory reports (e.g., PPN,PPh) in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations. d.Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial accuracyand compliance with PSAK and SAK. e.Help with the following accounting tasks for our Singaporean entity: i.Prepare and reconcile bank statements. ii.Maintain records of invoices and receipts. iii.Maintain records for compliance with Singaporean accountingstandards (FRS). 3.Payroll Processing: Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuratepayroll records submitted by vendors 4.Audit Support: Assist with external and internal audits by providingnecessary documentation and reports. 5.Communication: Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders(vendors, clients) to ensure smooth financial operations.
