Financial Accounting & Reporting
• Lead all accounting and financial reporting for China operations.
• Ensure financial statements comply with CAS and IFRS.
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes for all legal entities.
• Coordinate annual statutory audits and manage external auditors.
• Support internal audits.
• Submit accurate and timely group reporting packages to Group Finance (Germany).
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure data integrity across all systems.
Taxation
• Manage full tax compliance: Corporate Income Tax, VAT, Withholding Tax, local surcharges, and Consumption Tax (including, but not limited).
• Liaise with State Taxation Administration and local tax bureaus on audits and inquiries.
• R&D expense supper deduction management
• License fee contract registration management
• Monitor PRC tax law changes and evaluate business impacts.
• Collaborate with Group Tax in Germany for transfer pricing and intercompany compliance.
Treasury & Cash Management
• Oversee cash flow forecasting, working capital, and liquidity management across entities.
• Manage banking relationships, credit lines, and intercompany funding.
• Ensure compliance with SAFE (State Administration of Foreign Exchange) regulations.
• Monitor FX exposure and support Group Treasury in risk mitigation.
• Implement Group treasury policies locally and maintain accurate cash reporting.
Statutory & Regulatory Compliance
• Ensure timely submission of all statutory filings (tax, SAFE, MOF, statistical bureau).
• Coordinate (internal) audits, inspections, and filings for all legal entities.
• Maintain compliance with PRC financial and company law requirements.
Group Reporting & Liaison
• Serve as the main interface between China Finance and Group Finance (Germany).
• Deliver accurate reporting packages aligned with Group accounting policies.
• Support group consolidation, audits, and internal controls.
• Sustainability report review and approval
• Ensure consistency between local and group IFRS reporting.
Leadership & Team Management
• Lead and develop four direct reports responsible for: Treasury, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger/Tax/External Reporting.
• Foster collaboration and process efficiency across all China entities.
• Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement within the finance function.
• Ensure strong succession planning and capability development within the team.
职位要求
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Professional qualification such as CICPA, CPA, or ACCA preferred.
• 10–15 years of finance experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple entities.
• Strong knowledge of PRC GAAP, IFRS, and PRC tax regulations. Knowledge of PRC consumption tax preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or chemical/lubricants industries within multinational or Sino-foreign joint ventures preferred.
• Familiarity with SAFE, treasury operations, and funding.
• Experience working with European or German headquarters preferred.

Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written). German language skills are an advantage.
