The Finance manager China Taiwan is responsible for all financial fields in Taiwan, including financial decision-making, management reporting, accounting, financial planning, cash flow management, tax compliance, and ensuring the safety of organizational assets. Taiwan finance scop is an important part of the financial work in the North Asia-Pacific region.
• Strategic & Business Partnership 战略与业务协作：
Partner in business development, providing financial support. Assist in tactical initiatives, monitor plan implementation, and drive decision-making.
参与业务发展，提供财务支持。协助制定战术举措，监督业务计划实施，推动决策。
• Comprehensive Planning & Forecasting 全面财务规划与预测：
Oversee planning, budgeting, forecasting. Lead CAPEX/ investment appraisal and develop reliable financial projections.
统筹规划、预算及预测流程，领导资本与运营投资评估，制定可靠财务预测。
• Financial Control & Operational Excellence 财务控制与运营优化：
Enhance financial monitoring, identify risks/opportunities, control costs and working capital, ensure plan execution.
优化财务监控体系，识别风险机遇，管控费用与营运资金，确保业务计划落地。
• Professional Reporting & Analysis 专业财务报告与分析：
Analyze operational financial impact. Provide professional reports and insights to support management in achieving targets.

• Tax, Treasury & Compliance 税务、资金与合规管理：
Ensure tax compliance, support group tax strategy. Manage local cash and liquidity. Adhere to all regulations.

• Process Optimization & Team Leadership 流程优化与团队领导：
Optimize policies and processes for efficiency and risk reduction. Lead team development and ensure execution.

• Specialized Responsibilities 专项职责履行
Undertake ad-hoc reports and projects. Continuously promote Finance's compliance with local laws and regulations.

职位要求
• Bachelor’s Degree, MBA or Masters with coursework in Finance preferred. 5+ years of progressive experience in finance. At least 3 years experience in team leading;
• Experience in the food/beverage industry is preferred;
• 10+ years working experiences including 3-5 years managerial experiences;
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English;
• Profound knowledge of MS Office, mainly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Knowledge of database software and ERP software (e.g., SAP) required;
• Delivers results by ensuring timely delivery of core financial processes and influences business decisions with insights and recommendations;
• Distills business insights by quantitative and qualitative data analysis;
• Develops own team to become more mature and stabilize and improve controlling processes;
