 Lead a cross functional, global, team to execute on all areas of Portfolio Management, including but not limited to: market research, product definition, product commercialization and scale up, and horizon planning;  P&L responsibility and for meeting global revenue and operating income targets;  Assess, develop, and enhance organizational talent to drive sustained success  Be an active and contributing member of the China Leadership Team. Partner with Entegris’ China Country President to achieve company goals.  Provide leadership and guidance to local managers of all functions  Create a product pipeline with a rich flow of opportunities that is responsive to industry technology and customer requirements.  Manage the product development pipeline to prioritize projects, allocate resources, and achieve revenue and profitability goals for new products; and support product commercialization efforts in the field  Drive collaboration with customers and key partners to accomplish goals; specific emphasis on China & North Asia as well as Singapore Biotech ecosystems developments, while leveraging the global Life Sciences team of Entegris to successfully qualify key filtration products at major Life Sciences OEMs/End-users in North America, Europe & MEI.  Work with Micro-contamination Divisional and global Life Sciences team resources in sales, marketing, and operations to execute business strategies to drive sustainable growth.  Manage the New Markets Filtration product portfolio and product lifecycle from idea inception to end of life Traits we believe make a strong candidate:  Extensive understanding of the Life Sciences filtration market, ideally in BioProcessing.  Proven track record of success in leading cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, resulting in growth and turn-arounds for a multi-product line business;  An understanding of the key financial metrics used to make decisions and measure the health of a business portfolio  Ability to influence up, down and across a multi-national organization. Track record of success in a highly matrixed organizations  Fluency in both Mandarin and English language and strong communication skills  Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Engineering or Business, Master’s Degree preferred  Ability to travel globally up to 20% of the time and participate in conference calls outside of normal working hours
