A European leading logistics provider with a long term in-depth development in Shanghai, is in need of a Head of Finance at the moment.

职位描述

Responsibilities: - Be responsible for the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations including financial and management, tax compliance and cashflow management/funding requirement. - Review and visualize financial key processes, align them with relevant internal departments and other stakeholders, and manage continuous improvement initiatives to improve those processes. - Collaborate with senior management team to provide financial insights and recommendations and support strategic decision-making to improve long-term profitability. - Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, procedures, reporting standards, and statutory requirements. - Improve the financial reporting and budgeting/forecasting structure and processes, including preparation of regular and ad hoc financial reports and statutory accounts. - Work with cross-functional heads to streamline operations, eliminate inefficiencies, and improve productivity. - Liaise with external auditors, consultants, bankers, statutory authorities, and others on audit, taxation, statistic, and financial matters, and develop and maintain healthy relationship with these external stakeholders. - Responsible to carry out high level check before authorizing payments. - Responsible for cash flow projections and management. - Continuously Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement. - Monitor rules and regulations and maintain reasonable judgement of the facts and interpretation of the relevant tax rulings, to mitigate tax risk to the Company. - Lead and mentor the work performance of finance team.

职位要求

Requirements: - Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline, preferably Certified Accountant and/or CPA, ACCA. - At least 5 years of experience at a finance leadership level ideally from MNCs in logistics industry. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures (be familiar with PRC GAAP and preferably HKFRS). - Strong knowledge of applicable laws, codes and regulations. - Strong knowledge of tax operation and compliance. - High integrity, be in initiative, positive working attitude, team player, strong sense of responsibilities and ability to work under pressure. - A strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and foster continuous improvement. - Strong process-driven mindset and analytical skills with an ability to focus on the details. - Excellent command of English and communication skills. - Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is mandatory.
