Position Summary
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a critical role in supporting business leaders and employees across the full HR lifecycle. This role acts as a strategic advisor, talent steward, and organizational enabler, ensuring that people strategies align with business priorities in a fast‑paced, consumer‑driven environment. The HRBP will partner closely with cross‑functional teams to drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, employee engagement, and a high‑performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Business Partnership
Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and translate them into effective people strategies.
Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, organizational design, and capability building.
Serve as a trusted advisor on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.
2. Talent Management & Development
Lead annual talent processes including performance reviews, succession planning, and talent calibration.
Identify critical talent gaps and collaborate with COEs (Talent Acquisition, L&D) to build strong pipelines.
Support leadership development initiatives and coach managers to strengthen people leadership capabilities.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee relations matters with fairness, consistency, and compliance with local labor laws.
Drive employee engagement programs and support action planning to enhance workplace culture.
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization.
4. Organizational Effectiveness
Support change management initiatives, ensuring smooth communication and adoption across teams.
Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, performance trends) and provide data‑driven insights to business leaders.
Partner with HR Operations to ensure seamless execution of HR processes.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in FMCG, retail, or other fast‑paced multinational environments.
Proven experience as an HRBP or HR generalist with strong business partnering exposure.
