Main Accountabilities:
● Key business partner to the business unit Leaders; providing HR expertise to align HR strategies with business objectives.
● Support managers in implementing business strategies and values, ensuring HR policies are applied in collaboration with various Centers of Excellence (Talent Management, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Labor Relations).
● This role involves coaching managers and employees, developing succession plans, identifying necessary skills to support business strategies, and recognizing key positions and potential candidates.
● Manages specifi c processes with local managers, such as merit increases, performance evaluations, and hiring requests, ensuring that managers and employees are informed and compliant.
● May actively participate in the development of HR programs and engage in special projects, potentially including the collective bargaining process.

职位要求
Requirements:
● Bachelor a must, post-graduate a plus. No specific major requirement. 文科生和理科生都OK,不会偏向文科。
● At least over 13 yrs working experience, incl. 10+ yrs in general and diversified HR sub-functions.
● Data savvy, quick learning style through both concepts and practices, business acumen exhibited in previous achievement
● Used to manage both ups and downs of business and organizations, remain posture under pressure, and humble when succeed.
● Know when to be a leader or a team member, good sense of both corporate and operational environment.
● Self-driving, decent travelling time.
● Fluent English. Fluent Mandarin and Cantonese local dialect.
● Working location: either Shenzhen or Guangzhou
