Position Overview
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will work closely with business leaders in R&D, Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, or Commercial teams to support organizational growth and talent development in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment. This role provides strategic HR partnership, drives key people initiatives, and ensures alignment between business objectives and HR strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Partnership
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing insights on organization design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
Understand business priorities and translate them into actionable HR solutions that support organizational growth and innovation.
Support change management initiatives related to business expansion, restructuring, or new product launches.
2. Talent Management & Development
Lead annual talent review, succession planning, and performance management processes.
Identify critical talent gaps and partner with COEs to design development programs for scientific, clinical, and commercial teams.
Support leadership capability building and provide coaching to managers.
